The Rio Grande Valley Texas WREA meets on the fourth Tuesday of November, January, February and March each year in Mission, Texas. The meetings are held at Luby’s Cafeteria, on the North frontage road of Expressway 83, between Bryan Road and Conway Avenue. The back of the dining area is reserved for an 11 a.m. lunch, followed by the meeting. All Wisconsin retired educators are welcome to attend with their spouses and friends.
